Return Window
We accept returns of unused, unopened grooming mitts and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, grooming mitts and gloves that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@adoptlightgoldennlabradoretriever.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item, including the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover return shipping or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged-on-Arrival or Incorrect Items
If your grooming mitt arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the fastest delivery of your preferred item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@adoptlightgoldennlabradoretriever.com to request a cancellation.
